THE BIG-SCREEN NIGHT
A 25-foot inflatable screen, projection and professional sound. A team member handles setup, monitoring and teardown, with a 20-minute animated pre-show short.
ENQUIRETAKE IT OUTSIDE
The big-screen setup with lighting and extended pre-show DJ music. Outdoor screenings begin approximately 15 minutes after sunset, with a weather plan agreed beforehand.
ENQUIRESMALL SPACE.
SAME MOVIE MAGIC.
A smaller-screen setup for classrooms, recreation rooms and private events where the large screen won’t fit. Hosted projection and sound, quoted for your space.
ENQUIREFilm licensing is arranged separately by the organizer. Screen placement, power, access and screening duration are confirmed before your event is accepted. Ask about optional popcorn.

What do we need at the venue?
Tell us whether your event is indoors or outdoors, your approximate attendance and the space available. We’ll confirm suitable power, access, screen placement and screening duration with you before accepting the event.
How much setup time should we allow?
Please allow 60 minutes before the event for setup and 45 minutes afterward for takedown. Share your venue access times when you enquire.
Who arranges the movie licence?
The organizer arranges film licensing separately. It is not included in the screen and hosting package. Let us know your film plans when you enquire so the event details can be confirmed.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Outdoor screenings do not run in rain. An indoor alternative or rescheduling is arranged with the organizer, subject to availability. We’ll discuss a weather plan before the event is accepted.
Can we add popcorn?
Popcorn is an optional addition. Mention it in your request and we’ll include the available option in your quote.
Does sending the form reserve our date?
No. The form sends an enquiry. We’ll confirm availability, your event details and pricing before the booking is approved. The Rally form explains the next steps.
